Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Zenith Studios does not offer refunds, returns, or chargebacks for hub access, license keys, monthly subscriptions, or lifetime purchases — except where the law requires otherwise.
1. Digital access
When you complete checkout, you receive immediate digital goods: a license key by email and access to the Zenith script hub. Because delivery is instant and cannot be “returned,” purchases are non-refundable by default.
2. Monthly & lifetime plans
- Monthly access — billed for a 30-day period. Cancel future renewals through support if applicable; we do not refund the current or past billing periods.
- Lifetime access — one-time payment. No partial refunds if you stop using the hub, lose your key, or violate our terms.
3. What we do not refund
We generally will not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not reading product details before buying
- Issues caused by Roblox updates, game patches, or third-party software
- Account bans, key sharing, or misuse of the service
- Duplicate purchases made in error (contact us quickly on Discord — we may help at our discretion, but we are not obligated to)
4. Chargebacks & disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent revocation of your license and hub access. If you have a genuine billing problem (e.g. duplicate charge), open a ticket on Discord before disputing with your bank.
5. Required by law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country. Where the law requires a refund, we will comply.

Zenith Studios tidak menawarkan pengembalian dana, retur, atau chargeback untuk akses hub, kunci lisensi, langganan bulanan, atau pembelian seumur hidup — kecuali diwajibkan oleh hukum.
1. Akses digital
Setelah checkout selesai, Anda menerima barang digital secara instan: kunci lisensi via email dan akses ke hub skrip Zenith. Karena pengiriman instan dan tidak dapat “dikembalikan,” pembelian secara default tidak dapat di-refund.
2. Paket bulanan & seumur hidup
- Akses bulanan — ditagih per periode 30 hari. Batalkan perpanjangan melalui dukungan jika berlaku; kami tidak mengembalikan periode penagihan saat ini atau sebelumnya.
- Akses seumur hidup — pembayaran sekali. Tidak ada pengembalian sebagian jika Anda berhenti menggunakan hub, kehilangan kunci, atau melanggar ketentuan.
3. Yang tidak kami refund
Kami umumnya tidak mengeluarkan refund untuk:
- Perubahan pikiran setelah pembelian
- Tidak membaca detail produk sebelum membeli
- Masalah akibat pembaruan Roblox, patch game, atau perangkat lunak pihak ketiga
- Pemblokiran akun, berbagi kunci, atau penyalahgunaan layanan
- Pembelian ganda karena kesalahan (hubungi kami segera di Discord — kami mungkin membantu, tetapi tidak wajib)
4. Chargeback & sengketa
Mengajukan sengketa pembayaran atau chargeback tanpa menghubungi kami terlebih dahulu dapat mengakibatkan pencabutan permanen lisensi dan akses hub. Jika ada masalah penagihan (mis. tagihan ganda), buka tiket di Discord sebelum menyengketakan dengan bank.
5. Diwajibkan oleh hukum
Tidak ada dalam kebijakan ini yang membatasi hak Anda berdasarkan undang-undang perlindungan konsumen wajib di negara Anda. Jika hukum mewajibkan refund, kami akan mematuhi.
